Summer, -2008


                                           Tony is still on the mend from injuries  from the auto accident of September 2007  . In the meantime he is teaching privately and doing recording sessions for people .   Tony will be teaching at the Duquesne Summer Guitar Workshop in July http://www.guitar.duq.edu/sguests.htm . Also , there is a good chance that Tony will be playing on a cut of Donnie Iris' next Cd.

Tony to appear on Bon Jovi Tribute

He will be performing the song "Wanted Dead Or Alive "

In the Spring of 2005, Versailles Records will return to hard rock form with the first new and most current Bon Jovi Tribute to date, to hit the street in conjunction with the band's new album. Featuring current and former members of Motley Crue, Ratt, Love/Hate, Warrant, LA Guns,  Union, Dangerous Toys, The Scream, Whitesnake, Winger, as well as Richard Kendrick, Straitjacket Smile, Tony Janflone Jr., Jasy Andrews, and others, this tribute will feature hits spanning Bon Jovi's entire 20+ year history!

"Tony Janflone, Jr. is a featured artist on  Versailles Records'
forthcoming album, 'What's Love? A Tribute to Tina Turner'. 

He is contributing lead guitar, rhythm guitars , bass  and percussion to a collaboration with R&B vocalist Michel'le, who is a multi-platinum recording artist affiliated with the rise of West Coast hip
hop and Urban R&B, as an artist and collaborator with Ruthless Records' and
Death Row Records' labels and artists including Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Tupac,
Eazy E, D.O.C., and a host of others. 

The two are collaborating on an Ike and
Tina Turner Review standard 'Rock Me Baby'.  

Other confirmed and participating
artists include Darlene Love, Jane Child, Tiffany, Deniece Williams, Jeff
Healey, Alannah Myles, KIp Winger ,  Rik Kendrik , and Olympic Skater Nancy Kerrigan.  The record, and its
accompanying DVD will be released in late June, 2004!"

Tony Janflone Jr. is one one of the featured performers on a tribute CD to guitar greats Joe Satriani and Steve Vai for Versailles Records ! "The Lords Of Karma A Tribute To Vai / Satriani is an international release  and Tony is in the company of some of the best guitarists in the world !

Tony performed the Steve Vai song "Tender Surrender ".
